How our escrow works

Your payment stays protected while your specialist works.

Contact a specialist, agree a quote in your conversation and pay through Stripe. The order moves from Paid to In Progress when the seller starts. They must start within 48 hours, or you can request a full refund without a dispute.

When work is Delivered, you can accept it, request an included revision or open a dispute before completion. A revision returns it to In Progress. If there is no revision or dispute, the order completes 3 days after delivery.

On completion, the seller’s share is transferred after deducting the frozen platform commission. Stripe payout timing and eligibility apply. We request a 7-day connected-account payout delay. “Escrow” is our plain-language name for this protected workflow; Stripe is not a licensed escrow service.
