Your profile is your listing. Receive inquiries, discuss a project in private messages and send a quote with a total price, delivery date, scope and agreed revision count. Quotes expire after 7 days if they are not accepted. Send an updated quote whenever the scope changes before payment.
Start paid work within 48 hours. Deliver through the same conversation, handle the agreed revisions and receive funds after completion and the applicable Stripe payout delay. You remain an independent contractor and handle your own taxes.
CraftAI earns revenue from seller subscriptions and commission: Starter is free with 15%; Pro is $29/month or $290/year with 5%; Flat is $99/month or $990/year with 0% on the first $10,000 of released value each calendar month and 3% above. Plans control profile visibility, search rank, badges and portfolio size. Cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal takes effect at billing period end. Ranking and badges then revert, and excess portfolio items are hidden, never deleted. New paid orders use Starter’s 15%; in-flight orders keep their frozen commission. Only the first subscription payment is refundable within 14 days. Renewals are non-refundable.
