IP & ownership of AI work
Final deliverables belong with the people who commissioned them.
Upon full payment, the seller assigns their rights in the final deliverable to the buyer. Sellers retain their own prompts, workflows and tools. Any pre-existing or third-party licensed components should be disclosed before work begins.
Sellers may display the work in a portfolio unless the buyer requests confidentiality. Put confidentiality requirements in your order brief or messages.
Sellers warrant that work does not infringe third-party IP, including unlicensed stock assets or unlicensed style-trained models. AI output may have different legal protection across jurisdictions; discuss the intended usage with your specialist.
